PIC Lights

This is a device which uses an array of 96 green LEDS
in order to simulate a 'cylon' like light pattern.  For those
that know not what I'm talking about, the LEDS light in
such a manner to make a point of light move from one
side of the board to the other and then back again.  The
entire system is controlled via a PIC16F84 microprocessor
which is housed on the controller board beneath the LED
board.
